We recently began the renovation of a 1941 student housing building on Johnson C. Smith University's campus - Duke Hall. This renovation is a gut rehab of the original building that will remove all of the existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a more current interior building design.

Bathroom Demolition

The community room bathroom floors have been removed. The next step will be be to remove the steel members once shoring in place for the structural demolition to occur. 

Construction Mobilization

Today the demolition has begun at Duke Hall. We have mobilized on the project and the photos show the construction fencing being installed and the preparation for demolition.
